North Part of the Special Improvement District
This map covers the area north of Mt. Rose Highway, and shows the limit of the proposed special improvement district. The district encompasses all of Sierra Fire and that part of Truckee Meadows generally south of Holcomb Ranch Lane and west of South Virginia Street. Areas currently within the City of Reno are excluded, even if they are inadvertently included on this map.
The Green area is Sierra FPD, the yellow area is Truckee Meadows FPD, and the Orange Area is the City of Reno. We are grateful to Washoe County GIS for providing this base map.
